"White Tara" Statue - Goddess of Health.

White Tara statue is the Mother of all Buddhas. She is the remover of ignorance and obstacles to a long life.

White Tara is a goddess of great beauty and wisdom.

She has seven eyes of knowledge three on her face, two on the palms of her hands and two on the soles of her feet. It is said that White Tara's seven eyes enable her to clearly "see" all beings in all the realms of existence. She is seated in the vajra pose above a moon disc which sits above and opened lotus.

White Tara s right hand is in the charity position and her left hand, which holds the stem of the lotus flower (utpala) between her thumb and fourth finger, is in the protection position.
